How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days free the moment you sign up — no credit card required. Try any plan (Starter, Pro, or Elite) and switch between them freely during the trial to see which fits. Nothing is charged automatically until you choose to subscribe. Brokerage doesn't have a self-serve trial — we set it up with you personally.
Why do I sign up on the website instead of the app?
Signing up here lets us keep prices lower by avoiding app-store fees. Create your account on knockvio.com, then log into the iOS or Android app with the same email and password.
Is my client and lead data private?
Completely. Every account is isolated at the database level — no other user, and no one at Knockvio, can see your leads unless you explicitly turn on support access for troubleshooting. We never sell or share your data.
How much do I save with yearly billing?
Pay for the year up front and you get 2 months free — you're billed for 10 months instead of 12, with every feature of the plan included. You can start monthly and move to yearly (or back) whenever you like from your account.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — even during your free trial. Spend a few days on Pro, then switch to Elite to try the AI features; your 14-day trial clock keeps running, but the plan swap is free and instant. After you subscribe, upgrades and downgrades apply immediately and we prorate the difference.
How do team accounts work?
Switch the pricing toggle to Team to see per-seat rates — every seat is a bit cheaper than the solo price. Pick a plan (Starter, Pro, or Elite), choose how many seats you need, and you're the team head. You pay one per-seat bill and get an invite link; agents who join through it get a full seat free. Leaders see every agent's doors knocked and follow-ups; agents only see the weekly team leaderboard, where a champion is crowned every Monday. An agent's leads and pipeline are never visible to anyone else.
