Getting started
How do I sign up?
Create your account on knockvio.com by starting a free trial. Once you're in, download the iOS or Android app and log in with the same email and password.
Why can't I sign up inside the app?
We handle accounts and billing on the website to keep prices lower. After signing up here, just log into the app — no separate app account needed.
How long is the free trial?
14 days of full Pro access, no credit card required. You'll see your days remaining on your dashboard.
Billing & plans
How do I upgrade or change my plan?
Go to your dashboard and tap Manage plan, or visit the pricing page. Changes take effect immediately.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer team or brokerage pricing?
Yes — our Brokerage plan is built for teams and brokerages, with custom branding. Email support@knockvio.com to get set up.
Privacy & data
Can anyone else see my leads?
No. Every account is fully isolated at the database level. No other user — and no one at Knockvio — can access your data unless you explicitly turn on Support Access in Settings for troubleshooting.
Do you sell my data?
Never. Your leads, contacts, and activity are yours alone. We do not sell or share your data with anyone.
How do I export my data?
In the app, go to Settings → Data and tap Export to get a CSV of all your leads and activity.
Using the app
How do I log a contact or outcome?
On the prospecting map, tap a location and choose the outcome — not home, not interested, callback, or hot lead. It's logged in two taps.
What are the AI features?
On the Elite plan you get Vio (a voice assistant that knows your pipeline and talks back in real time), Scout (AI script practice), and an AI conversation recorder that turns client conversations into structured lead notes.
Will notifications remind me of follow-ups?
Yes. Schedule a callback or follow-up and Knockvio sends a push notification so nothing slips through.
Does the map work without cell coverage?
Yes. Download your area ahead of time and the prospecting map keeps working offline — pins you log sync automatically when you're back in coverage.
Can I import my existing leads?
Yes. On Pro and up, import your leads from a CSV file in Settings → Import. You'll get an import report showing exactly what was added.
What is the Productivity hub?
A set of focus tools built for agents: set your yearly deal goal and get a daily activity plan, track habits and streaks, run Pomodoro focus sessions, and sync your calendar.
