Delete your Keychime account

You can permanently delete your Keychime account at any time. Here's how account information is removed. You can also delete individual records without closing your account.

Want to delete only some of your data?

You don't have to close your account to remove information from Keychime. Any lead or contact, deal, note, follow-up, door-knock session, meeting recording, transcript or uploaded photo can be deleted on its own, from the screen it lives on, and your account carries on as normal.

Deleted contacts, deals, and meetings move to Settings → Trash for 30 days, so an accidental deletion can be undone. For contacts and deals, choose Delete forever to remove an item from Trash, or Empty Trash to remove those items together. Meetings and their cloud recordings remain recoverable for the full 30-day period; these controls do not shorten that period. Permanent removal from Trash cannot be undone in the app. Stored-file cleanup and backup expiration follow the retention periods described below.

Prefer us to handle it? Email support@keychime.com from the address on your account, telling us what you'd like removed. We'll verify it's you and delete just that data, leaving your account intact.

Delete it from the app (fastest)

  1. Open the Keychime app and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Account & Profile.
  3. Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm. Your sign-in is removed, you're signed out, and deletion of account data begins.

Tip: if you want to keep a copy of your leads first, export them from Settings → Data & Privacy → Export Leads to CSV before you delete.

Prefer to email us?

Send a deletion request from the email address on your account to support@keychime.com with the subject "Delete my account." We'll verify it's you and complete the deletion for you.

What gets deleted

The deletion process removes your profile and Customer Data from active Keychime systems, including leads and contacts, pipeline and deals, door-knock sessions and pins, follow-ups, notes, meeting transcripts and summaries, cloud recordings, and uploaded media. Audio or exports stored only on your devices must be removed from those devices separately.

We begin deletion when your request is confirmed and target removal from active production systems within 30 days and expiration from backups within 90 days. Some information may remain longer where required for billing, tax, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance, and service providers may apply their own documented retention cycles. Once deleted, the account cannot be restored.
